All work is custom to order, therefore all sales are Final.

Absolutely NO REFUNDS will be provided once an order is placed.

Luxe Flyers agrees to produce project materials at the request of the client for the agreed-upon fee in advance, and delivery of the Work by an agreed-upon deadline.

As long as the client provides the designer with all information, items, images, and materials needed to do so in a timely manner work will be completed during the specified time frame.

Luxe Flyers will collaborate with Client in editing and otherwise, reviewing the Work prior to Client approval.

The client is allowed up to 3 revisions of a Logo and or design.  After the third revision, each additional revision is $15 per change.

The client will be given the right to a final say on all colors, fonts, text and images used in the final design.

Information provided for flyer designs that require us to physically type out the text will result in an additional $20 fee that must be paid prior to the design being released.

If a flyer has to be redesigned due to a lack of information provided, the client will incur an additional $15 fee.

Once you approve your work it is not permitted to receive any additional changes unless an editing fee of $15 is paid.

 


Time Frame To Obtain Materials:

 

Prior to Completing the order, Client will be asked to review all information and answer yes in agreeance to our policies.

The client has a time frame of obtaining materials for the project and/or service requested. Any and all information should be sent through email at luxeflyers@gmail.com.  Please be sure to provide any text in the order you want it to appear on your job, don't forget to attach any photos or logos needed. Any details regarding an order sent through any social media platform such as Instagram, facebook, etc. may not be received and can delay the time of any delivery. If all materials needed for the project and/or design are not provided within 24 hours of the initial payment, Job is subject to one of the following:
 

1. Termination with no obligation of refund or services rendered.

 

2. Standard turnaround time restarts from the time all material is confirmed to be received by the designer.


Time frame for Delivery:

 

All Jobs are completed in the order in which they are received.

Flyers up to 4 Business Days

Logos up to 5 Business Days

Most work is completed within 5 Business days of receiving payment unless otherwise specified. If there are any delays we will notify the Client.

Revisions may delay or extend the delivery of any given project depending on how many are required.

Please do not interrupt our design team once your order has been placed, we will reach out to you for the final delivery within the specified time frame. 

 

Once Work is Approved and Final Delivery is Made there are to be no additional revisions unless editing fee of $15 is made.

Please save all files your receive as we do not save them and are not responsible for anything outside of the initial delivery. There will be a $15 redelivery fee for previous designs.
